Pre-owned Patek Philippe Nautilus Ref. 3800/1, with a 37,5mm 18ct yellow gold case, yellow gold bezel, white dial ("cream") with indices and date indicator at 3 o'clock. Sapphire crystal and automatic movement calibre 335 SC. Yellow gold bracelet and hidden folding clasp.
